K-LAK Corporation provides Invoice Management services. Our expertise remains in working with the client’s management to improve productivity in a company’s day-to-day operations and by managing their outstanding invoices.

Once our analysis is complete, we will make a presentation to management on our findings including:

• Documentation displaying areas or sites for invoice management improvement
• Approximate time to complete the project
• Identifiable results at various stages of the process
• A printed report of the reduction effort and potential cost savings

NOTE: All of the proposals presented are governed by the policies within the client’s organization. K-LAK Corporation is responsible for designing a program with the client’s management and employees and implementing the invoice management process that is agreed upon by the client.
